Adam is an Associate in the Commercial Property department and previously practised as a real estate attorney in New York.
Following his admission to the New York Bar in 2010, Adam practised as in-house counsel for a Manhattan based real estate fund. During this time he acted on a broad range of property litigation matters, undertaking regular advocacy in New York Civil Court.
Adam qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and now handles all aspects of property acquisitions and disposals, benefitting from his experience in both contentious and non-contentious property matters.
Adam also advises a number of retail and leisure clients on their commercial lease portfolios. Significant matters he has acted on for the firm include the lease of a luxury retailer’s flagship Soho store and advising a multi-national hotel group on its UK portfolio.
