Adam joined Fletcher Day in April 2016 from Child & Child, having previously been a partner at CKFT for over 15 years. He qualified in a city firm in 1991 and focused from the outset on banking and insolvency litigation. The emphasis in his commercial litigation practice remains on insolvency, debt and banking litigation.
His experience has spanned litigation claims of all sizes, from small County Court claims through to multi-million pound cases in the High Court as well as the Court of Appeal and many high profile reported cases in the public eye. His work generally centres around acting for creditors in pursuit of claims, obtaining and enforcing judgments at home and abroad and obtaining injunctions and freezing orders. Clients include a large government agency (acting as their contracted enforcement solicitor) as well as banks, other financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners.
Adam is a full member of R3 (the Association of Business Recovery Professionals), the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association and the Financial Services Lawyers’ Association. Adam is also a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association and acts as an independent supervising solicitor in respect of search and seizure orders.
When Adam is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and has a particular interest in cars (watching and driving rather than repairing!).
