Alejandro started his insolvency career in 2004 and joined Fletcher Day in June 2016 from City firm, Kennedys.
His clients include insolvency practitioners (both corporate and personal), banks and other lenders, directors and their businesses. Alejandro advises on both contentious (including director disqualification) and transactional matters as well in respect of company restorations and licensing law. He also acts for creditors, including in the pursuit and collection of debts.
Alejandro’s experience covers a broad range of sectors including care homes, the leisure industry, financial services and sport.
He also acts for individuals and companies on issues arising out of personal and corporate guarantees, as well as advising on general commercial and banking litigation matters. Alejandro has been praised by clients for his “hard work” and his “tactical and commercial advice”. Away from the office, Alejandro enjoys several sports (notably football, tennis and cricket), wine and flamenco. With parents from Manchester and Seville, he supports both United and Sevilla and is hoping his young boys will follow suit.
