Howard is a Consultant Solicitor in the firm’s Property and Private Client Departments. Throughout his career, Howard has acted for a wide spectrum of clients and their affairs including investment clients and those in the overseas banking sector.
He deals with the acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial and mixed use property as well as landlord and tenant, co-ownership and trust issues.
Howard also handles Private Client work, such as Wills and Trusts, the Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters, Tax Planning and Elderly Care issues.
He also has experience in franchising law and has advised clients in various industry sectors on adopting the business format franchising model. This often involves advising on real estate, management and intellectual property issues as well as the essential franchising documentation.
Howard is a Member of the Law Society’s Property and Private Client Sections. He is a full Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
