George Cselko is a partner in the Property departments as well as Private Client. He has worked in the West End for most of his career and developed a loyal following. His clients praise him for being responsive and offering sound, practical advice.
He has an extensive range of experience, having started out at the Bar, and since becoming a solicitor in 1997, he has acquired an expertise in Landlord and Tenant matters generally and lease extensions in particular, Commercial and Residential Property Conveyancing, and Private Client including Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. His expertise in Landlord and Tenant matters remains particularly relevant to the extensive commercial and residential leasehold property within the London area. His litigation background helps him to identify and avoid potential problems in transactional work but also to move seamlessly into dispute resolution where necessary including contested Probates.
He has higher rights of audience in the Civil Courts.
He was with McEwen Parkinson for 12 happy years until the property crash obliged him to give up his equity partnership in 2010. After a period of exploration with a number of firms, he was delighted to discover Fletcher Day in 2014 and is looking forward to continuing to play a central role in the firm’s continued evolution.
George attempted to swim the Channel solo in 2017 (getting within 4 kilometers of the French coast after 15 hours) for the Back Up Trust and runs his own business networking group: www.7amonth.com
