Geraldine has an extensive range of clients, which includes those who are high net worth and those who are vulnerable. When administering estates, she is understanding of the issues surrounding bereavement and is adept at finding solutions for the peace of mind of the family members and beneficiaries involved. She also provides advice to individuals with assets based in the UK and abroad.
Prior to qualification in 2015 Geraldine gained her Law with International Relations degree from the University of Sussex. She later completed her training contract with a Legal 500 firm based in Richmond and was awarded her Legal Practice Course with commendation.
Geraldine’s key skills cover all areas of non-contentious private client work including wills, trusts, the administration of estates, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
Before joining Fletcher Day in March 2019, Geraldine further enhanced her specialism whilst working in a leading South East law firm.
She is currently a student member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
