Jeremy has over 22 years’ experience advising businesses on legal and management issues including shareholder structures, board pay, management incentives, employee share plans and advisory related employment and corporate law issues.
He also has substantial international experience with particular focus on executive compensation, employee incentives, M&A, IPOs, private equity, advisory corporate, corporate governance and employment.
