Nick Evans advises on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations including contracts, business protection/restrictive covenants, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy programs and claims.
He also has significant expertise in the legal aspects of change management including mergers, acquisitions and restructures.
Before joining the firm Nick was a Partner in a City practice and a Director of Legal Services at a legal and people management consultancy. Previously as Head of Employment at TfL he led the in-house team advising on all the employment law and industrial relations aspects of the £7bn London Underground PPP and other PFI projects.
Nick has considerable experience in business protection arrangements and in the practical application of TUPE and has advised on transactions in the public and private sectors including: pre-tender assessment and qualification, due diligence, drafting indemnities and warranties, consultation and post-completion issues.
He is a former member of the CBI National Employment Law Panel and regularly presents on employment issues for clients, professional organisations and the CIPD.
Nick’s clients include Insurers, professional services firms, corporates and senior individuals from both the public and private sectors.
