Philippa qualified in July 2017 and is a Solicitor in Fletcher Day’s Insolvency department.
She focuses on corporate and personal insolvency (both contentious and non-contentious), in the context of administration, liquidation, bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings, acting for insolvency practitioners, creditors, company directors and private individuals.
She has experience assisting with County Court and High Court cases, as well as mediation and other forms of dispute resolution.
Recent reported case: - Henderson & Jones Limited v Alex Tsimboykas, Claire Tsimboykas  EWHC 1493 (Ch), where she assisted the claimant client in committal proceedings against two former company directors who were in breach of a freezing injunction order.
Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Philippa was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Molecular Biology from University College London and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Moorgate.
