Vandna joined Fletcher Day from a boutique practice in Kingston-Upon-Thames and deals with all aspects of Family law including, divorce, financial settlement and arrangements for children.
Vandna adopts a constructive approach to help separating couples through a difficult time, and has a particular focus on matters involving complex high net worth financial issues including those with an international element, and for non-married couples. She also has experience in dealing with issues surrounding children and domestic violence.
Vandna is always keen to ensure that clients are provided with all the information at the outset to ascertain the best way forward for them. She also acts for clients who wish to resolve their dispute through the arbitration process.
Since joining Fletcher Day the family department has grown in strength and Vandna has recently been recognised by the Legal 500 as being ‘pragmatic’ and ‘fantastic at bringing down the temperature of a case’. The family department has been described as being ‘utterly execeptional’.
After reading Law at the University of Kent in Canterbury, Vandna completed her LPC at the College of Law in Guildford. Vandna trained at a legal 500 firm.
Vandna is a member of Resolution and enjoys baking, reading and is a keen traveller.
